Notice: The following clauses apply to any field of the language services provided by YesMeaning International and its subsidiaries in terms of translation, interpretation, conference interpretation, exhibition interpretation, escort interpretation etc.!     Translation or interpretation always deals with sensitive information of some customers, so they may express worries about the confidentiality. This is also a test for professionalism of a translation form. YesMeaning International has taken a series of rigorous measures to ensure information security of every customer. In this regard all full-time employee of YesMeaning have signed a confidentiality agreement. We may also extract sensitive information for separate translation, if necessary upon the customer’s demand, for any project. Any information may also be destroyed immediately after translation upon the request. Information Confidentiality: 　In the process of translation, YesMeaning International will be responsible for the confidentiality of any technical information and business secrets resulting from the two parties’ cooperation or learned from other channels, which have not yet been revealed to the public. YesMeaning International will undertake not to reveal any of above information to any third party without the customer’s consent in writing. The confidentiality obligation will enter into force and effect since the customer has delivered the information to YesMeaning by any form and will maintain effective for 10 years. Customer Information Confidentiality: 　Without the customer’s consent in writing, YesMeaning International undertakes not to reveal to any third party the business information available in the process of translation including customer’s name, address, business scope, contacts, means of contact etc. The confidentiality obligation will enter into force and effect since the customer has delivered the information to YesMeaning by any form and will maintain effective for 10 years. 　    Remarks: YesMeaning International also requires the customer not to reveal any information in the service agreement, including but limited to price etc.
